At 100% You, therapy is more than just talking — it’s about finding your way back to yourself. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply ready to make a change, we're here to support you with care, honesty, and compassion.

What We Offer

Individual Therapy

Private one-to-one sessions to explore what’s on your mind and in your heart. We’ll work together to understand your experiences, build self-awareness, and find tools that help you move forward.

Integrative Counselling

As an integrative therapist, I tailor sessions to suit each individual. At the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship,: a space where you can feel seen, heard, and never judged. I work with all backgrounds, offering a calm, compassionate space to explore life’s challenges—whether that’s anxiety, low mood, loss, self-esteem, or simply feeling stuck.

Self-Discovery and Growth

You don’t need to be in crisis to come to therapy. If you're looking to better understand yourself, find your voice, or make meaningful changes, we can support your personal development journey.

Practical Support and Coping Tools

Learn to manage day-to-day stress, build resilience, and develop strategies that help you feel more grounded and in control.

How We Work

I’m an integrative therapist, which means the therapy offered is personalised to you.

Sessions are offered online via secure video call, telephone (in-person coming soon).

Session length: 60 minutes
Frequency: Usually weekly
Fees: Free 15 minute consultation session, then £60 per session thereafter.

Please refer to counselling working agreement for all details about sessions, cancellations, confidentiality, data protection.

Fees are due prior to the start of your session please.

FAQ

Do I need a GP referral?

No, you can get in touch with me directly. You don’t need a formal diagnosis or a referral to start your journey to becoming 100% You.

What if I'm anxious about the first session?

It's normal to feel anxious. Therapists are trained to help you feel at ease creating a safe space for you. 

How many sessions will I need?

There is no set number. Some people find that a few weeks of support helps them through a specific "low," while others prefer longer-term work. We will review our progress together every six weeks to ensure you’re getting what you need.

Is it confidential?

Absolutely. As a Registered Member of the BACP, I adhere to strict ethical guidelines regarding your privacy. The only time I would break confidentiality is if I were seriously concerned about your safety or the safety of others, which we would discuss together whenever possible.
