I’m a qualified counsellor, and I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
You’ve already taken an important step toward prioritizing your mental wellbeing. Life can be challenging, and we all carry our own stories of highs and lows. I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk freely, be heard, and never feel judged.
As your counsellor, I’ll walk alongside you—helping you explore, understand, and navigate whatever you’re facing, at your own pace. This philosophy of "walking alongside" is at the heart of everything I do. When I’m not in the therapy room, I’m often out on wellbeing walks with Kobi, my dog, who works with me in a local primary school to support children’s emotional health.
My commitment to wellbeing extends across the community; I also volunteer in primary and high schools and serve as a Welfare Officer for a competitive netball club, supporting athletes in balancing the pressures of performance with mental resilience. These experiences remind me every day that while our journeys are unique, we all benefit from a steady, grounded presence.

My journey to becoming a counsellor was both a professional evolution and a deeply personal one.
For many years, I navigated the fast-paced hospitality industry in sponsorship and communications. Later, I moved into the education sector in a school and college dedicated to neurodiverse children and young adults. While these roles were very different, they shared a common thread: the vital importance of how we connect and communicate with one another.
However, it was through my own personal experiences in therapy that I truly began to understand the life-changing power of being heard and supported without judgment. That experience stayed with me. As I trained for my diploma, I was continually inspired by the strength and compassion of my peers, and I realised that I wanted to offer that same sense of hope and clarity to others.
Becoming a counsellor felt like a natural homecoming. My background and life experiences allow me to bring a 'real-world' perspective to our sessions, so whatever you are navigating through, I am here to walk alongside you through life’s hardest moments with empathy, honesty, and care.
My Path To Therapy
Before moving into therapy, I spent decades in demanding, high-level corporate and educational environments
It was during my time in education whilst managing a wellbeing project, that I had my first true "taster" for wellbeing. I saw the human side of the workplace—the need for empathy, the weight of professional pressure, and the importance of having someone to talk to when things feel overwhelming.
I don't just bring "textbook" knowledge to our sessions; I bring years of real-world experience. I understand the "mental load" you carry, and I am here to walk alongside you as you navigate your way back to 100% You.
